What to Expect on Delivery Day

On delivery day what is expected and what really happens is sometimes two entirely different things. What we want to happen on delivery day is that the foundation is poured or the subfloor is completed and ready to stand up wall panels. That is what is supposed to happen. But because of busy sub-contractors and scheduling inspections in a timely manner that rarely happens.
At American Home Source we work closely with the owner, general contractor, sub-contractor and city inspectors to try and schedule the framing system to arrive after foundation is complete. A representative from AHS will be there on delivery day helping the unload of trucks, organizing the job-site for faster panel set-up, taking a complete inventory of supplied materials and taking pictures of the inventory for the factory. If something is missing or broken the factory is notified right away so they can replace or reimburse before building.
Delivery day is hectic but exciting at the same time. AHS will handle all of the paperwork so you don't have to. AHS have built and delivered many home packages so they have the experience needed to guarantee and stress free delivery day.
