Local Glendora Architect Dan Casciato designed this building for the City of La Verne.  It houses the cities water treatment and pumping plant.  The building was all 2x6 construction with studs 12 inches on center.  This project was put together very fast and all walls we very straight due to using kiln-dried spruce as the  lumber.
