Frank and Penny Avila owned this beautiful lot in the Sugarloaf area of Big Bear. They put up a Nelson design of the Courtney Home. They made it look like a mountain cabin by adding wood log siding. This house looks great and will be a great home for the Avila's to enjoy for many years to come.
