Maria Alessi wanted to add a small granny flat in her backyard to rent out for additional monthly income.  We helped her with a general contractor to complete this whole project.  From start to finish it was just over one month of work.  We provided to complete house package of windows, doors, roofing, insulation, drywall and interior finish woodwork.
