Yen and Silva Adjoyan built this house in Tehachapi as an owner-builder project.  Yen ended up doing most of the work himself with just some help from some local guys in town.  This home came out very nice and was built in just about 8 months.  This is a modified Gatsby model from the Nelson catalog.
